Cannabis Art

Since his first drawing for Cannabis Culture in 1992, the United States has changed its attitude toward Marijuana. An outlaw underground culture transformed into a mainstream multi-billion dollar business. In a thick purple haze of gonzo imagery, New York City Artist, Steve Marcus, whose collaborated with Ken Kesey, Timothy Leary, The Norman Mailer Estate and High Times Magazine took America’s stoners on a long strange trip from reefer madness to legalized forms of cannabis in the United States using the artwork and posters he created for the national cannabis reform movement and cannabis related art and culture brands. His colorful and recognizable style helped carried the torch of Marijuana’s original crusaders to victory.
